Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because each appointment time is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A 50% fee of the scheduled service price will be charged for:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice.

• No-show appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use your booking confirmation or contact GLOW Skin Care Clinic as soon as possible.
