My name is Alona Palm, and after more than 26 years working in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry, I made the decision to follow a dream that had been with me since childhood—a dream inspired by my grandmother and rooted in helping people feel confident in their own skin.

I was born and raised in Ukraine, where I grew up watching my grandmother care for people in a way that left a lasting impression on me.

Life took me in a different direction.
For more than two decades, I worked in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry, contributing to innovative medical programs and therapies designed to improve people's lives. My career taught me the importance of science, evidence-based care, precision, and continuous learning.

As a mother of two wonderful children, I've also learned how important confidence, self-care, and resilience are throughout every stage of life.

After 26 years, my career unexpectedly changed when I was laid off.
